Salon Policies
At Le Haus of Mane, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and will be applied toward your total at checkout. Appointments without a deposit are not confirmed. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. No-shows or repeat late cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings. Please arrive on time there is a 10-minute grace period, after which your appointment may be shortened or canceled to respect the next guest. To ensure the best possible results, arrive with clean, product-free hair unless otherwise instructed. Service pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, or additional treatments requested. All services are final; however, if you have any concerns, adjustments may be offered within three days of your appointment. To maintain a relaxing studio atmosphere, we kindly ask that no extra guests or children attend your session unless they are being serviced.

Product & Online Store Policy
Orders are processed within two to four business days and typically arrive within three to seven business days, depending on location. Tracking details are provided once your order ships. All products used and sold by Le Haus of Mane are exclusively from The Hair Surgeon, an FDA-approved brand specializing in professional, salon-grade formulas. Because these products are custom and hygiene-sensitive, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact lehausofmane@gmail.com within three days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
